Welcome to Simplify Your Wellness.   What if feeling your best was easier than you thought? You’ve spent years caring for everyone else—raising a family, building a career, navigating the shifts of your 40s and beyond. But in the process, you may have lost touch with you. Now it’s time to nurture yourself—body, mind, and spirit—so you can feel vibrant, strong, and truly shine.

 

That’s where I can help. Through movement, mindful self-care, and simple wellness habits, you can reconnect with your body and start listening to what it truly needs.

 

Join me in my studio for MELT and Pilates—modalities that help you FEEL better from the inside out. MELT regulates your nervous system, eases tension, and rehydrates connective tissue, helping you move with more ease and less pain.  Pilates teaches you how to move well, improving strength, mobility, and alignment so daily life feels better. And when your body feels good, you have better access to your SELF—your intuition, clarity, and energy.

I also offer wellness coaching, guiding women through one-on-one coaching or inside The Vibrant Woman Project—a space to explore what it truly means to thrive.

Wellness isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating simple, meaningful habits that fit your life. That’s why I also share insights on my blog, where we explore the Five Pillars of Wellness—nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, and community—so you have the tools to build a life that feels good to you.
