I help women reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement, mindful self-care, and personalized wellness support. Wellness isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters.

In my studio and online, I offer MELT and Pilates to help you feel better from the inside out. MELT calms the nervous system and eases tension. Pilates builds strength, mobility, and alignment so daily life feels lighter and more supported. Private sessions, duets, and workshops are available.

Movement is just one piece. I also offer one-on-one wellness consultations to help you create simple, sustainable habits that support energy, hormones, gut health, skin, and overall vitality. ​
